How do I request a refund?

We apologize if you're not satisfied with our product. If you would like to request a refund, please note that the process will depend on whether you're using iOS or Android.

  • For iOS users, you can request a refund through Apple by following the below steps.

    • On the Apple sign-in page, sign in with the Apple ID you used to purchase your subscription

    • Tap I’d like to > Request a refund

    • Select the reason for the refund request > Next

    • Select the purchased item > Submit.

    • However, we're unable to directly issue refunds as we don't manage your Apple subscriptions and payments. For more information, please refer to Apple Support.

  • If you're using Android, please follow the steps on the Google Support refunds webpage.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you're looking to cancel your subscription, the process will also depend on whether you're using iOS or Android. You can follow the steps provided for each platform to cancel your subscription. We're sorry that we're unable to cancel the subscription for you as we don't manage your subscriptions and payments.

If you use iOS:

  1. Open Settings on your device.

  2. Tap your name.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Tap the subscription that you want to cancel.

  5. Scroll down and tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.

If you use Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store

  2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account

  3. At the top right, tap the profile icon

  4. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions

  5. Select the subscription you want to cancel

  6. Follow the instructions.

How long are my photos stored on your servers?

Regarding the storage of photos on our servers, images uploaded to the app to generate AI Avatars are deleted from our servers immediately after the successful generation of Avatars, and images generated by the app from the photos you uploaded are deleted after 30 days.

Your data is protected by advanced encryption and security standards, and privacy and data protection are of utmost importance to us.

Purrfect AI is showing an error message when I try to create my avatars.

If you're facing any error messages when trying to create avatars, we apologize for the inconvenience. It could be due to reaching the maximum quota of free generations included in your offer.

Please try upgrading your plan or following the troubleshooting tips provided to resolve the issue.

  • Make sure you’re using the most recent version of the app. If an update is available on the App Store or Google Play Store, we recommend downloading it.

  • Switch to a different internet connection. If you're using a Wi-Fi network, try your mobile data connection, and vice versa. If you're using a VPN, turn it off and try again.

  • Check that your device has enough storage available. If the error message appears when you try to save an image, the failure may be due to a lack of storage on your device. Try freeing up some space.

  • Update your iOS or Android software. Make sure you’re using the latest version by checking your device’s settings.

  • Close the app from your background processes and reopen it.

Is Purrfect AI free to use?

Regarding our cost, Purrfect AI does have a free trial to discover the app, but availability may vary depending on the offer in place when you start using it.
